I am often asked to do restoration work for various antiques.  In this case my client has been restoring an entire house from the 1850’s.  I’ve done a lot of restoration and reproduction iron for him over the years, in this case steel oven doors.  He is a stickler for period accuracy which gives me the opportunity to explore specific traditional styles and construction techniques.
