Forged ironwork can appear very light, delicate and elegant.  It can also present an impression of density and mass.  This chandelier is all about the density and mass, the style to which my work often gravitates.  It takes a bit of courage to hang this rusty monster of a chandelier with real candles (not electric) in this formal dining room.  It does make a bold statement however and remember, fortune favours the bold.
